With now 15 years of experience under my belt, I started working as a makeup artist in 2007 right after I graduated from Make Up Designory. At that time, I worked retail representing brands such as Stila and Bobbi Brown. This fueled my entrepreneurial passions and catalyzed my decision to pursue a full-time freelance career in 2018.
Since becoming a freelance makeup artist, I’ve had the opportunity to work in beauty campaigns for established brands like Sunday Riley, Dermalogica and Wet n Wild. However, while working on these big productions, I felt like my work missed a personal touch.
That’s when I was introduced to the world of the Bridal industry. Since working in Bridal, I’ve loved feeling a close connection with my clients and making them feel their most beautiful on their special day. Also, the feedback from the bridal parties is priceless. Some of my bridal clients feel like family. I love being part of their journey: from engagement photos to their Big Day, and even their maternity photos.

I have nothing but great things to say! I was so happy with both the hair and makeup - the tiny changes I had from the trial run were executed perfectly and I felt so beautiful. Christy (hair) and Jacqueline (makeup) were so calm and professional and helped me relax after a really hectic morning. They did the same for my mom who had passed out from a panic attack right before her session. They probably didn’t know that but she really benefited from her time with them. I sent Christy and Jacqueline notes right after and let them know how grateful I was and that I would love to book them for whatever is next for me! I know at least two of my girlfriends also got their numbers because they were so happy with their makeup. I had a really great experience overall and I felt very taken care of across the board.
I worked with Jacqueline from Angeleno Beauty for my backyard wedding and she was incredible! I didn't do a trial and she still nailed it just based on a few Pinterest pics. Her energy was so welcome during the day as well! Stephanie made the booking process easy, and was super communicative throughout the whole process. Thank you both!
Jacqueline did my make-up and Amber did my hair, and the girls were so sweet. They both not only did a stellar job, they were so pleasant and friendly on the day-of and getting ready together.
